also i like to give credit to WileyCoyote for the original 3d Constitution Class parts.

 I really enjoy to have a Proper Space image for this starship.. The idea it is a modified starship to face new treats and to protect worlds aligned with the federation during the Dominion War.  

  I like to think about her as a reconstructed hull from the aging Constitution starships that were used in Starfleet. and they were called back to the service in the most desperate moments of the Dominion War, not as primary defending or attack  starships, more like support ships stationed in distant worlds or federations colonys.. and after the war they were ceded to governments of distant colonies as defense ships.

   Mixcoac was the name of a God... from the mexicas or Aztecs... (Aztecs is the name in western countrys for mexicas) husband of Cuatlicue and father of Huitzilopochtli. (like Zeus or Jupiter) also is also means snake, although in a cosmic sense...  that´s why i also like it as a name for a starship. and also is the place a live in Mexico City.
